25th Anniversary Events
The Catholic Education Foundation will celebrate its 25th Anniversary with events from July 1st through December 31st, 2012 in an effort to get our
message out to a wider audience while “Building the Next Generation of Support”.
Some of the highlights of this eighteen month long celebration will include:
Inaugural Golf Classic on November 4th at Pacific Palms Resort to introduce ourselves to eastern Los Angeles County! Intended for both competitive & recreational golfers alike,
this promises to be a day of fellowship, friendship and fun.
The Alumni Association a campaign to invite all persons with a Catholic school experience to become connected with the Catholic schools throughout the Archdiocese as an alumni through CEF, to raise the level of awareness of Catholic
schools and provide opportunities for people to volunteer.
Donor Appreciation Event recognizing and honoring the 25, 20, 15, 10 and 5 year annual donors, donors who have given cumulatively over $500K during this 25 year period as well as all donors who have made a Legacy Gift. This will
take place at the Cathedral February 29, 2012.
Annual Senior Mass and Reception featuring a student essay contest and recognition of all graduating CEF seniors. The focus is on success and going to college. Donors are invited and encouraged to meet the students at this event –
at the Cathedral on Sunday afternoon. April 29, 2012.
An evening at the LA Sports Museum April 19, 2012 will be a fun event introducing prospective supporters of the CEF. This venue is like NO other and traces the history of major sports in America.
Grand Anniversary Celebration - TBA
